DESCRIPTION:In recognition of Bike Safety Month (May)\, the Recreation and Parks Department will be teaming up with the Boynton Beach Police Department to offer a very special activity for children (ages 6-12)\, where they will learn:\nThe importance of hand signals when turning\nThe importance of wearing a protective helmet\nThe rules of the road\nKids will also have the opportunity to navigate five skills courses.\nThe program is free of charge. Children should be accompanied by a parent/guardian\, and furnish their own bikes to participate.
