Special Activity for Children – Spinning for Safety FREE Event

In recognition of Bike Safety Month (May), the Recreation and Parks Department will be teaming up with the Boynton Beach Police Department to offer a very special activity for children (ages 6-12), where they will learn:
The importance of hand signals when turning
The importance of wearing a protective helmet
The rules of the road
Kids will also have the opportunity to navigate five skills courses.

The program is free of charge. Children should be accompanied by a parent/guardian, and furnish their own bikes to participate. On-site registration will begin at 8:30 am.
